I love this beautiful colored salmon in my salads. My doctor gave me the Oregon Choice Website as he asked me to quit eating my regular grocery store Salmon. He personally had Oregon Choice tested and eats it exclusively himself. He was worried about the mercury content I was getting in my grocery store Salmon. The quality and taste are so superior that I’ve never gone back.
